Whilst our car repair work is approved by the vast majority of insurers, there are some that may insist your vehicle be taken to one of their ‘approved’ repairers.
If you contact your insurance company, they may try to get the repairs done at the lowest possible price without caring as much about the quality of the repair as you do. All Insurers have an obligation governed by the FCA to ‘Treat customers fairly’, meaning you do not need to use your insurers recommendation.
Also, your insurers 'recommended repairer' may not have official manufacturer approval status or hold a BS10125 approval for vehicle body repair like we do here at Essex Autospray. REMEMBER; IT’S YOUR CAR.YOUR CHOICE!

Non Fault Accident Assistance Stansted

Here at Essex Autospray we have a selection of manual and automatic courtesy cars available to keep you mobile whilst we are repairing your vehicle. Subject to availability. We can also arrange local collection and delivery of your car within a certain radius.
Vehicle Recovery
If you require recovery of your undrivable vehicle after an accident give us a call and one of our experts will be at hand to ensure you get assistance quickly, safely and stress free. We will arrange for your car to be transported back to our Stansted bodyshop repair facility.
Excess Contribution
If you are involved in an incident in your vehicle and you are liable for your excess, we may be able to help out with a payment towards your insurance excess (t & c’s apply). We can do work for any insurance company and on any make & model of car.
